In Independent India, do we have an ANGREZ JUDICIARY?

The Judiciary is acting almost like an alien ruler, giving its own STRANGE INTERPRETATION & TWIST to the laws passed by our elected legislature. With inscrutable orders, reliefs, judgments & procedures, judiciary makes our own laws incomprehensible to the Indian citizen and even our elected government.
Implementing agencies and citizens alike are paralyzed by uncertainty, thanks to judiciary's unpredictability... because judiciary often upholds and protects obvious wrongdoers who encroach on the rights of the common man, e.g. big corporates and builders.
"Independent judiciary" cannot be independent of WE THE PEOPLE. Otherwise, it amounts to a loss of Indian citizens' sovereignty.

India's "Anaadi" Courts -- where all your fundamental rights disappear

Here's something the media never reports: "Anaadi courts" are the instrumentality by which the State deprives tens of thousands of Indian citizens of their Fundamental Right to Life & Liberty. Without due process. For trivial offences like crossing the railway tracks, ticketless travelling and "loitering suspiciously" (combined with inability to furnish bail-bond or engage a lawyer), people are arrested and held in judicial custody for days, weeks or even months in judicial custody, without even being chargesheeted.
